What Defines Me
For more than 30 years, I have been supporting board members, managing directors, entrepreneurs, and top executives through demanding leadership and change situations.
As a psychologist, I combine psychological expertise with many years of experience in industry, management consulting, and executive coaching – for clarity, effective decisions, and lasting leadership impact.
More than 90% of my engagements come from referrals and long-term collaboration.

Since 2001 – Founder and Owner of Elverfeldt Coaching
Executive coaching, executive sparring, team coaching, transformation support, and potential analyses with the Hogan Assessments for board members, managing directors, entrepreneurs, executives, and private clients from DAX corporations, mid-sized companies, and start-ups
– in German and English.
1995–2001 Senior Consultant for leadership development, coaching, organizational development, change management, and marketing and strategy consulting (including KPMG).
1992–1995 Product Manager at Unilever and Wella in marketing and sales.
